About this course

["The international Master's degree programme Chemistry: Materials, Engineering and Sustainability is aimed at graduates of Bachelor's degree programmes with a strong focus on materials chemistry or process engineering subjects. The programme offers a high degree of freedom of choice of subjects and is divided into two specialisations. In a more chemically oriented focus, students are familiarised with chemical aspects of the development, characterisation and application of materials, such as polymer materials and biomaterials or materials for energy storage systems. In a technical specialisation, the focus is on the analysis, modelling and development of chemical-technical production processes or energy conversion processes. The content taught in both specialisations is rounded off by the consideration of ecological, economic and energy aspects as well as the associated life cycle analysis."]
